Rockport Daily Grind is hosting a "Photo Adventure Quest & Luncheon" sponsored by CoastalBendGallery.com. The "Photo Adventure Quest" is expected to be a FUN AND INEXPENSIVE THING TO DO during the day. It works this way:

• Participants will meet at Rockport Daily Grind (map)  at 10:00am
  • to register and receive instructions for the adventure
  • to pre-order lunch entrees from a special menu
  • to OPTIONALLY register to compete to win money from a 50/50 ”pot”.  The OPTIONAL registration fee is $10 (50% to winner, 50% donated to Wings Rescue).
• Each participant (or team) will be given a "checklist" of local birds to be found and photographed on a single phone, tablet or camera between approximately 10:30am - 12:30pm.
• Participants will depart in their own vehicles at approximately 10:30am to begin finding as many birds listed on the checklist as possible in the given time period. Each found bird will be photographed and the time of the photo logged on the "checklist"
• Participants will return to Rockport Daily Grind and CHECK-IN no later than 12:30pm.
• Pre-ordered lunch entrees will be served immediately and participants will be invited to share stories of their adventure
• The participant (or team) with the most qualifying photos taken will be declared the winner of the adventure and will receive FREE one lunch entree pre-ordered during the registration meeting.
